What does the rugby experience look like on Sedbergh Courses?

We work together on and off the pitch to individualise the experience as much as we can to explore the possibilities in your own personal growth.
Our intention is to allow your child a challenging and safe environment to:

- Work on contact skills to be as effective as Ilona Maher - USA Sevens - Power, Pace, Jackal, the Full Package.
- Have the Athletic Ability of Abbie Ward - Old Sedberghian, Powerful Physicality and Work Rate.
- Work on Pace and Evasion like Ellie Kildunne - Nine Trys in Eight appearances for the Red Roses
