Frequently Asked Questions

The full details for the courses will be sent out 3 weeks before the start date. They will be sent to your registered email account and will contain :- joining instructions, a full kit list, a programme for the course, details for parent activities for the Thursday and directions and a map of the school. 

Registration for the courses based at Sedbergh School will be on the Monday morning    between 12.00 and 13.00. The courses will finish on the Thursday afternoon at 15.30, with Parent activities starting from 11.00. Day attendees can be collected at 20.00 and return each morning at 08.15 (Tue, Wed & Thur) 

Registration for the Sedbergh Prep Courses based at Casterton will at 09.00 on the Monday morning and the courses will finish at 16.30pm on the Thursday. Day attendees will register each morning at 09.00 and can be collected Mon- Wed at 17.00 and 16.30 on the Thursday. 

When booking the course you will have been asked for any medical or dietary information that we will need to know for your child’s stay at the school. If any of the information needs updating please contact us at eventsmanager@sedberghschool.org before the courses starts. There will be a nurse and a physio at the school during the courses. Any medication brought to the school will need to be given to the Nurse or the House Parent either at registration, or when the children return to their boarding houses in the evening. Any prescription medication will need to be in the original container with the pharmacy label. 

We can take requests for attendees to be roomed with/near to friends attending the same course, but the majority of rooms at the school are singles so all rooming will be on a best case scenario.

If you have not yet paid for your course please log into the account set up when booking by following this link https://ssdl.heiapply.com/application/login . Once you have logged in click onto the invoice and you will see a pay now button. Click this to pay online.
