Madeleine trained at the Guildford School of Acting and has toured in many theatrical productions in the UK and internationally, playing a diverse collection of female roles on stage, radio and screen. She most recently appeared in Emmerdale for ITV. Madeleine, also a strong vocalist, has played many leading musical theatre roles and is passionate about every aspect of performance art and production.
Madeleine has extensive experience teaching acting and performing arts to both adults and young people. She’s also worked as a coach for other actors working on text analysis, monologues, scene study and voice.
When asked why she wanted to become an actor: “I could never decide what I wanted to be, acting allows me to be so many different people and to relentlessly delve into the human experience of many different characters”
At this moment in history I believe acting and the arts will play an essential role in reconnecting people with themselves and each other in society.
