ASHER HART

asher hart

Asher 1

Asher is a high performing coach who is also Director of H28 Cricket Academy and has a passion for inspiring children through cricket. My coaching expertise is tailored towards both the batting, bowling, and fielding side of the game, with me being an allrounder I am extremely comfortable coaching all aspects of cricket. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside and training with a wide range of world class coaches and players. These experiences have helped me to develop my coaching philosophy. This philosophy is one which is moulded around the love and passion for the game.

I can’t wait to share the knowledge and skills I have gained through working and playing with some of the world’s best players.

  • Coaches will regularly sanitize any equipment used.

In 2021, with the Rugby and Hockey Camps we held at various grounds around the country and our residential courses based at Sedbergh School and Casterton Sedbergh Prep School, we had over 1800 children attend one of our courses and we are delighted to say that Sedbergh Courses and The Magic Academy will once again be running a series of two day Rugby & Hockey Camps over the February half-term. The Rugby Camp will be held at West Park Leeds and the Hockey will be held at City of York and Lymm Hockey Clubs. Russell Earnshaw from The Magic Academy will be joined by Sedbergh's Jason Duffy and Simon Verbickas as the Rugby Coaches.

Developing better contact skills, becoming more tactically aware (#BeatTheGame) and in general becoming a more skilful player will occupy the curriculum of the course. Working under the guidelines of the RFU and England Hockey they will be looking to develop technical skills and tactical awareness. Each day will be divided in to four quarters where we will play lots of different games and break some skills down in a "skill zone" area to develop a framework for all children to reference in the future.

If you have any questions at all please contact [email protected] for further information

"I wanted to say how much our son enjoyed your camp at Lymm over Easter. By far the best rugby camp he’d been to and obviously loved being on home turf."

Lymm RFC's Rugby Camp April 2021 -  Parent

"Just wanted to drop you a quick message to say how much my lads enjoyed the two day course, they have come back today buzzing about it!"

Bowdon RUFC's Rugby Camp April 2021 -  Parent

"My son thoroughly enjoyed his two days with you, he has been to many rugby camps in the past but said that this one was the best by far! He loved all the different activities and games and thought the coaches were brilliant. He said that his legs need a rest today but that he'd do the camp all over again tomorrow if he could, he had such a fantastic time."

Macclesfield RUFC's Rugby Camp April 2021 -  Parent

"The experience I saw “my” players having today was exceptional! I came home with a smile on my face a mile wide! Coaching how it should be done, players engaged and smiling, not a raised voice but a culture of fun to get the best from the guys! The fact that every child had a voice and a valid opinion is testament to the mutual respect from players and coaches. Players were encouraged to have input whilst the coaches encouraged even the meekest to pipe up with their thoughts. A fabulous example of youth coaching from the very top draw. Your team is of the highest calibre and I think it was a privilege for Bowdon to host you."
