Leilani Umaga
Leilani is passionate about all sports, having been around a professional Rugby environment whilst growing up, but specifically Netball. I have been part of teams and clubs since I was 8 and it is a sport that I wish to continue to be a part of for many years to come, now navigating my netball coaching career. Early years child development is key for me because it allows the child to develop physically and cognitively, along with learning other factors along the way such as team work, sportsmanship, and the highs and lows of winning and losing. In sport, it’s important for them to find a love for all sports at a young age, to encourage them to be a part of a sporting community through all ages of their life.
