SedberghMagic and Cheshire RFU have come together to offer two exciting evenings of coach development across the county. After an unprecedented 18 months our evenings content has been designed to help coaches develop their coaching craft and improve their skills, enabling them to create better experiences for themselves and players alike. The Coaches Development evenings are to help develop skills, insights, and knowledge of Coaching. These Evenings aim to provide our diverse audiences with a dynamic and insightful learning space. We deliver leading edge and energising content to educate, inform, motivate, and inspire our audiences.
With support from John Fletcher & Russel Earnshaw from the Magic Academy and Jason Duffy and Simon Verbickas from Sedbergh School we're sure you will have an amazing evening with thought provoking outcomes.

"As a County we have been delighted with the response and feedback to the Sedbergh Magic development courses that we have run for both players and coaches. Having attended all of them myself it's always fantastic to hear coaches and players talking about how they're going to use what they've learned in training/games and they can't wait to take part in the next course. I would highly recommend attendance if a course is available near you.."
Paula Bradbury - Chair, Cheshire RFU Executive
"Excellent session and true to the philosophy of coaching sessions being dynamic. I identified plenty of ideas to incorporate into our session structures" |
"Fletch made you think about how you coached and how you callenged the child, making you think. Simple wonderful advice."
"Good Sessions, good tips from Rusty and interesting to see how Simon and John coached their groups."
