"@sedberghcourses summer camp completed this week and it was great to see a number of Quins in attendance. Sedbergh are one of our longest serving sponsors and the facilities and setting of their school in The Lake District, Engtland is something to behold. This week's camps included rugby (by excellent coaches) but also challenged the boys to "be comfortable with being uncomfortable" with additional non rugby challenges of river crossing, evacuation skills and singing as a team in front of others! The course is highly recommended."
